TERMS OF DELIVERY

Pearly Parrot Jewelry Shop , business ID 1572279-4, sells jewelry products to private individuals in Finland and the EU in its online store PEARLYPARROTJEWELRY.FI. Product prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. If you want to order our products in Åland, please contact us by email at info@pearlyparrot.fi due to a separate tax procedure.

Ordering

The products are ordered on the online store's website by transferring them to the shopping cart and selecting the appropriate payment and delivery method option. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.

Payment and payment methods as well as delivery methods and costs

Orders can be paid in online banking via the Paytrail online payment service as either an online banking payment or a Visa / Mastercard card payment, as well as a MobilePay, Pivo or OP invoice.

Orders cannot be placed by pre-invoice or cash on delivery.

REMEMBER TO RETURN TO THE ONLINE STORE AFTER THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION. OTHERWISE THE PAYMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND THE ORDER WILL NOT BE VALID.

OP Buy invoice payment terms

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on the front page of the online store and on an order-by-order basis by e-mail.

Right of cancellation and return policy

You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. You must indicate your name, address, order date, product and notification in the cancellation notice by e-mail to info@pearlyparrot.fi or by post to the return address below.

The ordered and received product must be returned by post within 14 days in its original condition and original packaging, well protected from bumps. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer . Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of cancellation does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer's request.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation . For a non-redeemed package that has not been notified separately, we will charge a fee of EUR 15 to cover unnecessary costs incurred by us.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is damaged at Posti, a complaint must be made about the product to Posti immediately.
